Had multiple mechanics say they couldn't determine issue. This place was able to do it. Sadly cost of repairs was more than value so can't confirm work. Very satisfied with the service (disappointed about the car).

WARNING TO OTHERS: Do not bring your vehicle here! My son brought his car to this shop for the same overheating issue TW/O TIMES. Upon pick up, he had the car for less than 2-3 hours. He drove his car around the block and noticed his car starting to overheat again. He called Dustin's and was told to "bring it back in" so they could look at it. He drove to Walgreens and when he returned home, white smoke/steam was coming from under the hood. Within minutes, his car caught fire and is now a total loss. When we contacted Dustin's, they refused to refund any money paid and refused to provide their insurance information. They want us to bring the car back so they can 'look at it'-- a car that no longer exists because of their negligence. We have filed a police report, contacted our insurance company, and filed a complaint with the Illinois Bureau of Automotive Repair and the Better Business Bureau. This shop's negligence destroyed my son's car and could have cost him his life. I was driving 1000 miles from Colorado by myself on Friday night to help my elderly parents. I made an online request to get in for Monday morning and have my vehicle evaluated and by Saturday a.m. they called me to see how they could help to get me back on the road as quick as possible. They squeezed me in and their lot was full of vehicles waiting. I was so grateful to be able to get back to my young children and family safely. It’s hard to find integrity like this in a small business these days. Highly recommended!

Our daughter broke down at college which is 200 miles away from home. Patrick and Dustin were absolutely amazing. They came out and diagnosed the car, towed it for her and got the car up and running. Patrick kept me in the loop the entire time. He would send photos and videos of the entire process. He knew we were in a tight spot financially as we are living off of a part time job and disability ( disabled 12 year old and husband on the transplant list for a new heart) and worked with me. He also explained things in a way that I could understand (I have a brain tumor making incoming information a bit hard) which i REALLY appreciated. The entire team was kind, compassionate and most importantly thorough. Our daughter is becoming a teacher so she will have another 2.5 years of school to go. Dustins will be our go to from here on out as she earns her degree. Top notch all the way around.
